We need volunteers to help us organize this great event.

Kitchen:
If the teams and their families want to ensure that we continue to serve breakfast/lunch/supper to all of you during future family tournaments we are asking for volunteers to help prepare the food this year. Please canvass your team for volunteers.
On Thursday July 29th and on Friday July 30th volunteers are required to cook the food that will be served for the weekend.

As teams are no longer asked to sell 50/50 tickets we are asking each team to bring a penny sale prize by Friday July 29th.

We are asking each team to bring a penny sale prize by Friday July 29.
Volunteers needed for our Kitchen:On Thursday July 28th and on Friday July 29,, 2011. Volunteers are required to cook the food that will be served for the weekend.
Kitchen Menu: Limited (hot) menu for Friday Night.
Kitchen will open at 6:45 a.m. Saturday & Sunday.
Anyone wishing to work in the kitchen and/or in other area during the weekend is asked to call Colette Roy 867-2828 who will provide you with details (hours).
Sunday Night presentation : SUNDAY 6:00 P.M. Festivities will end at 8:00 p.m.
Schedule:
The number of the teams within each division will depend on the # of entries we have.
The number of teams registered will also determine the number of divisions
Teams could go up or down one division to accommodate the schedule.
If we have to bring up or down a team we will be using the 2010 records.
Tentative schedule: Men’s Div. A-B-C-D & Ladies Div. A-B-C
Home Run Derby by Division: Please register your team
Only one player per team. Exception will be the team/player from last year who will be defending his division title. Please register your team.
Immediately before each championship game. Prizes for all home run derby contestants.
Liquor License: I.D. Bracelet will be required to be served alcohol from the bar and to consume alcohol. During the dance on Saturday night from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. liquor will not be permitted outside the hall. Police security throughout the weekend.
A reminder that the liquor license requires that you consume refreshments only within the specified boundaries. The specified boundaries will be fenced in with limited entries to the designated area. Please respect those boundaries.
